• Space4Good values diversity and is committed to equality of opportunity. We believe diversity brings the creativity and flexibility that is needed in a rapidly changing world.

• We also know that we aren't perfect, and we are always striving to improve. Biases come in all kinds, and many are not obvious. Diversity requires us to stretch our sphere of influence; and always try to understand more, whilst judging less.
